Hey there, I'm Leith - movement lover, energy guide, and your friendly companion on the path to feeling good in your body again.
Happy Body is one of my two soul-led businesses, and it's where I bring together everything I've learned about moving with purpose, breathing with awareness, and showing up for yourself (with kindness, not pressure!).
Here, we blend yoga, Pilates, mindful movement, and meditation - with a little heart and humour - to help you build strength, find calm, and reconnect to what truly lights you up. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, every class is about meeting yourself where you are and moving from there.
My approach is holistic, inclusive and deeply human, because wellness isn't about being perfect. It's about feeling present, peaceful, and more you. Let's move, breathe, laugh, stretch, and grow - together.
Once a month, on a Sunday, I’m holding space for you to soften, stretch, breathe, and come back to yourself. This 90-minute class begins with a short meditation, flows into mindful, accessible movement, and closes with a mini sound healing to guide you into deep rest. This is a warm, welcoming space with no pressure or performance — just gentle movement, calm breath, and time to reconnect with what feels good.

Teaching gives me so much joy because I get to watch people breathe more deeply, move more freely, and remember how good it feels to just be.
